Each Sunday, beginning in 1986, the Rebbe would stand tirelessly in a small room near his office, as thousands would file past to see him and receive his blessing.

To each the Rebbe gave a dollar bill, appointing them as his agent to give charity, thus ensuring that the meeting of two would result in the benefit of yet another.
